This fella started life(?!) as one of a series of illustrations
I did in my spare time as a favour to Martin Astles and his
Devlin Dwight project. The pencil-and-eraser technique proved too time-consuming, so I
set the picture aside and did the rest of the sketches in pen and ink. Six months later I dug this original drawing out and finally got
around to finishing it. |
